DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director/Manager Plans ,initiates, build and maintain good customer relationships Support in handling customer complaint Participates in exhibition and trade shows Provide administrative support to sales and service team Sales order processing (Quotation, delivery orders, Invoice, Logistics and SOA) Follow up shipments, liase with planner and production team
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in any Business or Engineering field Minimum 1 year experience in customer services environment and manufacturing environment Experience in customer services from manufacturing / any engineering industry Good knowledge in engineering products Able to meet dateline
