DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development planning and execution 2. Lead group of junior software engineers effectively. Nurture the team’s ability to create a well-developed software. 3. Perform software design, development, and maintenance 4. Analyse given requirement and offer technical solution. 5. Write a well-formatted modular code and encourage the team members to do so. 6. Encourage the team to implement certain coding standard. 7. Perform code review and gave feedback to the team members. 8. Research new technologies and tools that can improve the development process. 9. Deeply engaged in the full agile development lifecycle 10. Perform integrated testing on implemented code, including unit testing and alpha testing of the functionality
REQUIREMENT

1. More than 4 years’ experience of relevant software development experience. 2. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications for large-scale applications 3. A team player, have a nature to support others to reach their better potential. 4. Able to communicate well to business team and to technical team. 5. Possess deep understanding and hands-on experience on: Python programming. Familiarity with FastAPI or Django framework is an advantage. One of major database such as SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Microservices architecture Code version control 6. Well-versed with Agile methodologies 7. Able to design and implement low latency RESTful/GRPC services 8. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, able to debug complex issues at every level of the stack 9. Able to build clean, maintainable, and well-tested code 10. Able to do performance benchmarking and monitoring 11. Deep understanding and hands-on experience on GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
