Hardware and Software Support
Installation, re-installation of OS, applications, drivers, printers
Troubleshooting of existing systems-Viruses, Errors, Problems
Deployment of new hardware and software-setting of up computers, networking equipment, etc.
Maintenance and Custodianship of IT Equipment
Systematically and pro-actively maintain IT equipment to avoid unnecessary failures
Keep track of existing IT hardware
Keep track of items that are loaned out to other departments and ensure proper return
Loading
Ensure loading documents sent to IT are valid, sensible and complete before loading
Load documents properly without error
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of IT related course
Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Knowledge in Programming is a plus
Knowledge in Various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) is a plus
