Respond to messages received via Facebook, Instagram,Twitter,App Support,Website mail Respond to email and webform enquiries. Any other task(s) as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or an equivalent professional qualification. A good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team. Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills. Contact Centre Days/Hours:Monday-Sunday 8am-12am Work Days/Hours:5 day week/Rotational shifts Off days are based on the roster.
