Sales Target Negotiating with customers, agents and providing technical services for shrimp cultures Develop a new farm area Increase Market Share Penetrate to new market get new customer Smooth sales transactions & operational costs Maintain Existing Customer Monitor the development of Competitors Synergize relationships and services to customers Perform other tasks that may be required for business development
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degrees any field Have more than 5 years experiences as Sales/Technical Sales/Marketing in related areas (FMCG, Fisheries, Poultry) Have knowledge about Shrimp Feed & Aquaculture industry will be advantageous Have strong ability in developing new area of sales and maintain sales growth Willing to be placed in various area of company sales operation
