DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitors President’s schedule and coordinates properly regarding important appointments and concerns.
Assists the President in creation of presentation and other related administrative reports.
Disseminates information from the Office of the Presidents to concerned personnel, etc.
Maintains good housekeeping at the President’s Office and at the Conference Room.
Performs documentations, keeping and reviewing of contracts/business & legal documents and filing of office documents, sending email and other business correspondence on daily basis and maintains confidentiality of same.
Responsible for proper handling of confidential files for approval, feedbacks on the requests and other communication related matters from other Departments/Divisions, personnel, etc.
Performs the minutes of the meeting and creates a summary of discussion for documentation purposes.
Assists Expats and other employees with regards to their Visa application and other business related matters.
Procures plane ticket (local & int’l) for all business travels and creates certain policy and control measures.
Monitors and handles retention/renewal of corporate post-paid plan with SMART & GLOBE TELECOM
Monitors corporate rate of various Hotels for visitors/guests.
Responsible for hotel booking reservation and allocation of service vehicle for incoming KBT visitors.
Assists concerned department with regards to company’s participation in special events, product promotion, exhibit/displays and other related activities.
Assists the Sports, Events, and CSR committee in preparation of all the company activities.
In-charge of Safekeeping Petty Cash of Executives/Sales & Marketing Department and maintain record/file of executive driver’s reimbursements.
Assists other Department regarding their respective activities as the need arises.
Reports to immediate superior any problems encountered in the performance of assigned task.
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management or any related course from a reputable University
Good Communication Skills both verbal & written in English
Background in legal matters
Advance technical reportorial and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge in reviewing documents and analyzing skills
Highly technical in using computers systems, excel formulas and PowerPoint presentation.
Strong office decorum
Good Management and interpersonal Skills
Strong administrative experience
Strong sense of initiative and confidentiality
