DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Based on field insights, keeps records of the situation and needs of fixed and other assets, inventory and equipment in the regional offices. Periodically collects and consolidates the needs for the procurement of office supplies and housekeeping funds, inventory and work equipment. Based on the insight in the field, takes care of the needs and condition of working conditions (official vehicles, equipment and means of work, inventory, etc.), and informs about their use. Functionality and needs for maintenance or replacement and initiates initiatives to support competent Services in the Central Office. In contact with these Services, it monitors and urges the urgency of execution.
REQUIREMENT

A high school diploma, preferably in economics or engineering. Previous experience in administrative and logistics jobs. Ability to coordinate work tasks in several different locations. Basic knowledge of English User knowledge of MS office Driver’s license “B”. Readiness for field work, periodic and extraordinary trips to the cities of the region. Knowledge of the basics of housekeeping functioning and needs. Contacts with local service providers and maintenance contractors in the cities of the region
