DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Configuring and managing network infrastructures and services (Routing, Switching, DHCP Server, NAT, DNS, Filtering, Firewall, VoIP, etc) Installing and provisioning various infrastructure devices within the organization, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (Mikrotik Router, Switch HP, Access Point) Responsible for the performances of various systems, and ensuring end-users Laptops/PC is running & monitored well. Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, system backups, and rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools. Deploy and review various endpoint management tools in order to ensure smooth operation and productivity of the end-users.
REQUIREMENT

3 years of working experience in system/infrastructure engineering Good understanding and knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, Filtering, Routing, Switching, VPN, DNS) Experience with Operating system Windows and Mac OS Good analytical and problem-solving thinking Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of Laptop/PC, Printers, Scanners Proficiency in English both verbal and written is an advantage Must have a good attitude and be willing to work as an individual or team players Willing to work on shift and travel on an occasional basis
