DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To plan and implement effective Sales strategies with the ultimate objective of improving and achieving Sales target for the assigned area of sales coverage.
To gather market intelligence / information, competitor’s trend, pricing trend / structure, product application, customers’ buying trends or cycles and or services requirements that may affect the targeted market.
To participate in the Company’s marketing communications campaign such as sales presentations, workshop or trade show / exhibition to promote and introduce the Company’s products / services.
To perform market intelligence to capture the essence of consumer trend and lifestyle for the purpose of developing marketing strategies to increase revenue.
To propose new products to clients and to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
To increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities.
To foster and develop strong rapport with clients to build excellent reputation for service and churning out repeated businesses.
To interact regularly with top ten accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
To ensure effective and efficient follow up and swift response to identified problems for clients.
To make recommendations to the Company on any tribulations and opportunities with the objective to enhance revenue and business growth.

REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree from accredited institutions of higher learning.
1 years related working experience in Retail will be value added
Skills required: Proficient in MS Office, proficient in English and Bahasa, excellent in negotiation skill, knowledge in retail channel will be added advantage
