DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
Handle full cycle of recruitment matters
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
Perform general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government related claims, e.g., Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims.
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Assist in periodic work/performance review and appraisal exercises
Attend and resolve employee relation matters
Review & update Office Policy & SOP for office administration
Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance
Participate in various Committees
Assist in COVID related measures
Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENT
Min 2 years’ relevant working experience in HR/Admin
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
Familiar with Singapore Employment Law, CPF and IRAS Regulations
Prior experience in using Info-Tech system would be a plus.
