DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Undertake all office administration tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
Liaise with PRO and Government Relations team to support with UAE Visa requirements
Support with travel and accommodation requirements for the organization
Ensure emails are read daily and replied in a timely manner
Be aware and follow corporate guidelines, rules, regulations, and values
Utmost confidentiality in all aspects must be adhered to
Facilitate office events, Organization, coordination and execution
Procure supplies by identifying needs for the facilities, managing inventory & driving cost saving initiatives
Manage invoicing and expense control relating to the premises and serviced office environment
Liaising with the other departments as needed
Handle Petty Cash
Collaborate with finance to ensure payments are completed in a timely manner
Assist with the implementation of Maersk HSSE standards and guidelines in the office
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Prior experience (minimum 3 years post qualification experience) within similar role in a local or multinational company
Mature, professional and articulate in their communication
Proficient in MS Office suite
Should be proactive, dedicated and agile.
