DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Establish an adequate and effective security system to protect the building, its tenants & company property
Ensure regular and effective security & fire patrols are carried out to safeguard the building & all its content
Provide assistance to tenants and visitors relating to security matters
Advise management on all matters relating to security
Communicate & cooperate w/ government agencies such as the state police (Polda, Polres, Polsek), Military enforcement (Kodim, Koramil), Fire Bridge, Kamtib, etc.
REQUIREMENT
35 - 40 years old Bachelor's degree in safety management, information technology systems or a similar field Experienced as a Chief Security min. 3 years Excellent knowledge of state & federal information security laws, proven proficiency in developing physical & digital security protocols & procedures, solid communication & interpersonal skills, exceptional managerial skills & the ability to lead a team and ability to research & stay up to date w/ security trends, as well as changing government & state laws
