Understand customer needs and develop plans to create sales opportunities Approach potential customers to establish relationships and add new database Promote high quality sales, supply, and customer service processes Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team Problem solving oriented: resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Target oriented: manage pipeline to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Follow up progress: strive for pending works until it is complete and fully responsible Monitoring: sales growth, coordinate with other internal division, report analyze Be creative
REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor’s Degree in any major with minimum 3 of 4 GPA's Prefer to have a technical background in plastics and chemicals A proven track record of successful sales/telemarketing experience in a targeted environment High competency with computers, create and deliver presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin preferred High self-motivation to achieve and exceed set targets Ability to work well in fast-paced environments Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of the sales/buying cycle, and the ability to assess sales opportunities At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specialized in ecommerce or equivalent will be better
