-Visit and manage target in responsible area’s DC
Check stock
Resolving cover area’s problem. Stock level in store, POP, Products display, Pricing etc.
Propose local promotion and implementing
Reporting Share national promotion, business review every month etc.
Manage sales staffs or sub distributors sales exclusives
Break down target by sales man and by area.
- Providing Journey plan
Monitoring sales and call achievement.
Monitoring merchandising quality.
Share company strategy and national promotion plan with sales staffs and exclusives
Develop new outlet and new distribution
- To resolve problem in sales staffs and exclusives responsible store
Listing products problem, display position problem etc.
- How to increase or achieve target
Training and coaching sales staffs and exclusives
Monitoring MD and SPG’s working result
Check merchandising quality and promotion display.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 25 years old
Have experience to sell FMCG products more than 3 years.
Having experience sales supervisor in FMCG company minimum 1 years.
Have driving license.
