DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure the achievement of ElsheClinic's sales performance in online & offline channels according to company targets
Develop and create monthly and quarterly commercial business plans and prepare relevant budgets to achieve targets
Create a strategy to expand geographic market share, number of customers and sales
Determine promotion and exposure plans for online & offline channels
Plan and prepare work schedules and assign team members to specific sales operations tasks; including cross-functional collaboration with Digital, Brand and Marketing Communication for the implementation of campaigns
Analyze and evaluate the sales performance of ElsheClinic , traffic, and conversion in online & offline channels
Recruit, manage, and develop team members in the Sales Clinic Management
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 6 years experience in relevant fields, with at least 3 years leadership exposure.
Experienced in driving Clinic Aesthetic's sales through online & offline channel, preferably in a beauty/skin care.
Experienced in creating & implementing online and offline sales strategy.
Experienced in expanding market to new geographical areas. Preferably to more than one island in Indonesia.
