DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Engage mostly in pre-hiring recruitment activities such as interviews arrangement, conducting interview with hiring managers, alongside with HRBPs in their respective pillars.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
Prepare hiring proposal within stipulate time frame and ensure employment offer letters are generated by Data team within reasonable time frame to be extended to successful candidates
Taking care of building candidates’ pipeline for job requisitions.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Ensure CVs are provided to ARA/HRBPs within stipulated timelines or TAT (time to fill).
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies (i.e. Recruitment Policy and Procedure, BNM Employee Screening policy).
Prepare initiatives for HRTAEB department such as Recruitment gamification (i.e. Video Onboarding for New Hires, etc.)
Provide support and assistance to HRBP and TA Lead as and when required.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by immediate superior when required.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates.
Ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing.
Possesses the ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable making decisions independently.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
