DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Acts as 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer for Service Desk to manage issues reported by customers, company users, third parties etc. Normal work hours and standby support (off-hour support and occasionally weekend support) Escalate the ticket to Product Manager when the ticket is going to miss SLA or has a risk to miss SLA. Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated calls; Route customer tickets to proper teams to follow up and handle (both internal and external) including tracking the status of tickets until closure. Manage vendors for support services Assist in managing inventory of corporate IT assets, including hardware, licenses, contracts, peripherals and components Perform monthly review of IT operations (Cloud, Middleware etc.)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent Fluent in English and communicates effectively. Must have attention to detail Must have an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Should have strong organizational skills Ability to complete tasks independently with strong sense of responsibility. Experience with managing service desk or IT support. Candidates should live in Jakarta so they can travel to our co-location offices when required.
