· Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science · Fresh graduate or 1 year experience as a IT Helpdesk Support or Desktop Engineer Support · Understand installation of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications · Understand maintenance of computer networks and systems in Windows and Linux · Have knowledge in Microsoft Office, Office 365 · Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills · Persistent and customer oriented
