Re queried skill : Excellent verbal and written communication skill honest, responsible, hard worker, independent, initiative and able to work under pressure. have good problem analyst, logical & critical thinking skill, and problem solving skill and fast decision making. up to date knowledge installation & troubleshoot of hardware, software, network, mikrotic printer, fingerprint and cctv Preferable with strong knowledge in Printer hardware troubleshooting Strong customer service ethos & ability to quickly establish good working relationship with user. have knowledge in network ( LAN, WAN, VPN ) DNS, TCP / IP Sub netting, Cramping UTP Cables and firewall Technologies Operating System and Knowledge in Network ( Windows, Linux all Distro, Mac OS. Competent at filing / paper management both softcopy / hardcopy document for IT asset.
