REQUIREMENT
Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology , Computer Science or Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude Experience with Microsoft operating systems and office products. Possess strong sense of empathy and a helpful attitude. Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals. Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill in solving computer and IT related problems. Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities. Understand and experience in IT support ticket and knowledge articles will be an added advantage. Experience with audio, presentation device and video conferencing is an added advantage.
