DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle sales administration including sales orders, price quotation and invoicing with high accuracy & timeliness. Perform basic clerical duties to support Sales Team Support sales team operations and maintain good filing Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement Manage and maintain the database of Sales Operation S ystem
REQUIREMENT

Higher diploma or above Minimum 2 years of experience in sales admin PC Knowledge in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Immediately available is highly preferable
