DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage & control accounting operations of a new 4-star-hotel, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
Gives leaders ship to a 1 bookkeeper and back-office support (to be hired by you) to make sure all administrative matters within the company are in excellent condition
Ensures that P&L is correct and statements and reports are delivered in a timely matter to the company and or entities (weekly reports and publish monthly financial statements)
Keep financial records and data rooms up to date supports with fundraising activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions or providers and advising on variances
Learns from and interpret financial data and proactively advises the management about opportunities or challenges
Communicates and advises proactively with senior management and team members where problems arise and how to fix these
Leveraging technology to simplify and automate work as much as possible, so there is more time to spend on analyzing than actually doing the work
Safeguards all employee, vendor contracts, bonus arrangements and proactively re-negotiate contracts for better cash flow positions
Communicates actively with company secretary to comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings and or incorporation of new entities
REQUIREMENT
Fluent in written and spoken English is an advantage
Bojonegoro, East Java-based / willing to relocate
Capable of preparing the annual budget
Evaluating budget with performance
Competent in the field of tax related to hotel operations
Ability to multi-task and work fully independent while taking complete ownership
Pro-active in Reporting, scouting problems, and delivering solutions
Team builder with organizational skills, tech-savvy, and attention to details
Big love for numbers and finance
Experience with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM, and process software
Process maker with the goal to automate work and streamline flows
Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
Bachelor and/or Master Degree with 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience in hotel
Familiar using finance software for hotel
