DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to consolidate the manpower requirements by coordinating with the various divisions (Manpower Planning) Ensure the fulfilment of the Manpower Planning in the Head Office and Branches Ensure to choose appropriate source of candidates in order to meet company’s manpower needs (review and implement new sourcing methods) Conduct competency based recruiting process Responsible to manage and conduct the assessment related to recruitment , promotion (succession plan), mutation and rotation using reliable assessment tools Ensure the recruitment records and reports are accurate and up to date
REQUIREMENT

Psychology Master Degree from reputable University and psychologist profession is an advantage Certified to perform assessment process. Experience handling recruitment and selection in multi branches Having 5 years’ experience as a recruitment supervisor Hands on various assessment tools Having broad knowledge about candidate sourcing tools and methods Good analytical thinking, detail oriented with good communication skills. Familiarity with social media and other professional network Strong leadership, high initiative, motivation, and integrity
