DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware & software (OS, apps) and basic network. Resolve issues for the employee via phone, in person, or remotely. Create documentation for any issue and enhancement requests. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed. Create and maintain FAQ and document for knowledge base. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company. Any assigned work-related IT support.
REQUIREMENT

Excellent customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. At least hold minimum diploma degree Previous working experience in IT support for 2 years. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS). In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, and Google Suite platform. Understand the basics of networking such as TCP/IP and Network Topology. Have basic Information Security awareness. Willing to be based in Bandung
