With excellent analytical, problem-solving and development skills, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Development of modifications/enhancements associated with F&O in accordance with the defined requirements and technical specifications Development associated with integrating F&O with other Dynamics 365 systems (ie D365 for Sales, also known as Customer Engagement) in accordance with defined requirements and technical specifications. Unit testing of software changes to ensure correct functionality. Working closely with the Senior Developers, Solutions Development Leads, and Business Stakeholders to ensure that all development undertaken meets the business requirements and is completed within the agreed timeframe. Assist in the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle methodologies and processes in use by the Customer by utilizing best practice industry standards and tools where applicable. Create an environment within the team and across departments that are harmonious, collaborative and collegial. Actively participate in all company-provided customer service training and customer service programs, on an ongoing basis. Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, ensuring teams to interact seamlessly and deliver best practice service. Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications. Prioritize work and spend time on the most important, value-adding areas. Actively participate in all training and development activities provided by the Customer. Development and unit testing enhancements/modifications of F&O application used by the Customer. Contribute to the technical setup and execution of F&O project and operational business workstreams. Assist in streamlining the delivery of enhancements of F&O in accordance with the Business Stakeholder expectations/deadlines.
