DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provides administrative and operations support for the service team
Coordinate activities of service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery
Understand the needs and requirements of customer in order to provide the right information, advice and assistance
Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond where applicable
Follow-up and co-ordination with customers, logistics & other general matters
Prepares and manage quotations, invoices, cash receipt, payments, collections and Reports
Share customer feedback, and information to colleagues within dormakaba to innovate and create positive long term benefits
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ degree in any field
Team player with good discipline and work attitude
Good communications and interpersonal skill
Responsible and committed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
5-day work week
Transport pickup at Serangoon, Punggol and Boon Lay MRT Station
