DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing 2nd/3rd-tier support for Arup’s finance systems by responding to and managing support requests via ServiceNow
Work collaboratively with finance staff, engineers, other analysts, service leaders, operations managers, vendors, architects, and other colleagues across Digital Technology
Monitor performance and functionality of Arup’s finance systems to ensure ongoing reliability
Design new updates / changes by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications; testing
Support rollout of finance systems to regional offices by providing training and supporting user testing
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation & eLearning material
Review and contribute to documentation relevant to services e.g. design, service transition to support, standard operating procedures, SLAs, OLAs
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Coordinate installation and maintenance work with outside vendors as needed
Report security issues when appropriate and gather required information. Ensure adherence to security requirements
REQUIREMENT
Several years of relevant experience working as 3rd tier support of financial systems including JD Edwards
Good understanding of accounting concepts e.g. project accounting, invoice and expenses
Knowledge of SQL including ability to read and interpret PLSQL queries, functions and procedures and write own queries to extract data from multiple database sources for analysis and investigation
Strong team working skills with ability to build trusted relationships with people and groups with diverse backgrounds
Good analytic skills, with ability to solve complex problems and openness in sharing your knowledge and thinking with others
Excellent communication skills (including conversational level in Cantonese/Mandarin), and able to adapt your communications style to the audience
