DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and design applications that help operations perform diagnosis and streamline routine workflows in operations. Be responsible for building and maintaining software solutions of Opswerks and it's customers. Be responsible for designing scalable, reliable and secure software for internal tooling (or platform) that support the work of all operations teams. Create high-level product specifications and design documents. Oversee technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Passionate mentor to high performing team by providing technical leadership, methodology and ideology. Research new technologies and implement software components to leverage and evaluate a variety of hardware architecture that our customers implemented. Work with a wide range of customers’ software and engineering teams to support their workflows or integrate their technology in our workflows and solutions platforms.
REQUIREMENT

3-5 years experience in an Architect or Technical leadership role in Software Engineering Software Developer of at least 5 years of experience in working with any of the following languages and associated frameworks: Python, Java, C, Golang, Ruby, Javascript Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies Deep knowledge of practices and procedures related to the distributed architecture. Data modeling and database design experience Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes Sound knowledge of development and operation methods related to agile software. Sound understanding of business goals and standards for customer service Excellent communication and ownership skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes Strong organizational skills to give the team direction Good Project Management skills and the ability to scope sprints, estimate timelines and deliver within the allocated time.
