DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

IT Project Coordinator for a hotel and shopping mall pre-opening project; Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings; Communicate with vendors and internal business units for project related matters; Gather and analyze user requirements; Preparation and update of project documentations; Monitoring and tracking of project plan, schedule, budget and expenditures. Escalate when necessary; Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentations are maintained appropriately for each project; Undertaking project tasks as required, including troubleshooting / working with vendors’ technical support team to troubleshoot technical issues.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines; At least 2 years working experience in IT projects (Implementation, Management or Maintenance); Basic industry knowledge and experience in the implementation and use of IT systems and processes; Hands-on experience in network management and help desk support; Well-versed in written/verbal communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills; Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative; Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player; Fluent in spoken and written, both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) languages; Working experience in hotel industry is a plus; Possess certification in project management is a plus.
