DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install and configure computer hardware, software, system, network and accessories. Provide on-site technical support to staff in offices and operation sites. Monitor and maintain the Company’s computer system and network. Troubleshoot and repair faulty IT equipment or software. Set up IT account, equipment, and security access for new hires. Maintain and oversee renewal of IT asset, license, and documentation. Research and advise on suitable software and hardware for company use. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience, as an IT Support or IT Executive. Minimum a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines. Travel to various company work locations may be required. Knowledge of a wide range of IT software and hardware. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to work independently.
