DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Technical scope: Management of helpdesk and L1 support Support tracking and closure of all reported end-user incidents Supports the Problem Management process Support Information Security activities Technical skills/background in network/system is an added advantage: Microsoft Active Directory, Windows server management, DHCP, DNS, antivirus, endpoints encryption. Functional scope: Work closely with staffs to understand their IT needs and support requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with local IT team and regional IT shared service center Promote IT security awareness and follow-up of Information Security policy
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Computing, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Strong understanding of the Windows desktop support technology areas and Microsoft O365 applications support Understanding across infrastructure components, basic technology of networking Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and Information Security principles Knowledge of common desktop and collaboration applications Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced/demanding environment Manage well under pressure and tight deadlines Strong customer service and English communication skills
