REQUIREMENT
Graduated from S1 Management or Accounting. Experience minimum 8 years as HOD of Accounts / Finance in a reputed manufacturing company. Good knowledge of Ms. Office such as Exel formula, PPT and word. Good analytical thinking, financial analysis and problem solver. Above 32 years old. Knowledge of English written and spoken is compulsory. He/She will handle team 8-10 persons and intensively interact with other HOD(s). Having experience in Monthly and Annual Closing. Product costing, monthly cost and varience analysist actual vs budget, cost reduction/optimazation initiatives. Dealing with Statutory and Internal Auditors for all financial related issues. Ensure that his/her team working as per SOP/Working Instructions. He/She will be reporting to Senior Manager in Finance Department.
