Provides application support and issue resolution of development and test environments.
Troubleshoots 3rd level problems related to web applications running on servers, and their interactions.
Develops, facilitates, and maintains best of breed product support tools including run books, monitoring, and knowledge bases to aid in the product support process.
Analyzes, collects, maintains, and distributes key technology metrics both in real time and historical on the revenue generating products.
Participates as an active member of the in the software development lifecycle, through attending new feature requirements reviews and developing leading edge proccess to support these new product enhancements.
Creates and maintains documentation and procedures related to the maintenance and operation of application systems.
Researches and analyzes networking technologies to remain pro-active and current in the industry.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, computer networking
At least two years technical experience.
Knowledge of LINUX/UNIX, relational database and network design.
Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services.
