REQUIREMENT

Minimum of ten years in an IT support/technician role Windows servers 2012 R2 and Hyper V, System Center SCOM, DPM 2012 R2 and SCCM 2012 Fortigate Firewall management SCCM 2010 and 2012 R2 Disaster Recovery methodologies and practice HP P2000 storage system. Hyper V upgrade. Exchange 2010 servers patching and configuration Windows Cluster servers 2008 and 2012. Lync 2012 server. OS365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory Hardware and software troubleshooting prowess. Ability to critically analyze a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including PCs, printers, multifunction copiers, sound boards, lighting equipment and networking etc. Knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures Candidates should be experienced teaching employees of all ages with a broad range of abilities and backgrounds Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop software Microsoft Active Directory skills including creating, deleting and modifying user accounts, setting up e-mail, home and directories Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP as well as the ability to crimp CAT5e and install wall boxes Ability to effectively operate theatre equipment such as sound boards, lighting equipment and public address systems Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resources Excellent verbal and written communication Expertise in networking and system administration, security, LAN, M-A-N, WAN engineering. Have experience in optical networks, Content Management and wave dense multiplexing. Extensive experience in back-up exec 2010, VMware 4.0,SCCM, SCOM, , Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working in education environment
