DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Produce and monitor project spending tracking report and provide strategic recommendation to IKEA ID, APD, as well project team on weekly basis and produce draft project close out spending at end of the project.
Attend Weekly Project meeting, documented the meeting and identify concerns in terms of cost and budget and report to IKEA ID and PT APD.
Established effective procedures for the overall cost spending initiatives and ensure effectiveness of the process.
Secure a pro-active, documented and anchored way of working with scenario planning and implementation, providing fast reactions to performance deviations while maximising the business performance in the short term.
Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance and for making optimal decisions.
Navigate towards more effective and cost conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost potentials through benchmarking, striving for constant improvements and closing of the performance gap between units.
