DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparation of project schedule for all areas and phases of the project. Prepare the procurement plan, bill of quantity and technical IT infrastructure engineering project Coordinating engineering issues with area manager, engineers and various department as well as contractors including progress verification. Updating progress and preparing report for project management meeting Manage the project processes day to day and follow up the delivery procurement items on time Report potential outstanding issues and problem areas based on analysis to site project manager Report progress regulary daily, weekly & monthly basis on going project To supervise & manage the delivery IT infrastructure project is correctly specified, delivered on times, meets business & technical requirements and within the agreed budget. Regulary monitor assigned project vendors / contractors performances Understand highly level technical architecture establishment Ability to lead the team and provide guidance to infrastructure project role To contribute infrastructure project to the overall portfolio to the overall and development planning on current & future technology.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): English At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Has minimum 5 years site experience in IT Infrastructure for large projects involving process control systems, SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), Plant & personal access controls, communication systems and Telecom networks. Experience in mill project implementation will be ad advantage Knowledge to prepare budget for IT infrastructure projects. Experience in IT Infrastructure considering the interconnectivity, scalability, flexibility, and extensibility for current and future implementation. Familiar with license requirements for software. Track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment, specific all that required to support multiple business projects. Has basic project management skill Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Contract status base on project
