DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support for marketing, sales, including both direct and channel sales, to promote and support the R&S's products. May also be responsible for customer service Closing direct sales of products and / or services in order to meet quotas and R&S's business objectives Creation, monitoring and revision of lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline Promotion and selling products and / or services directly to current and new end customers Informant to customers of new product / service introductions and prices Application of consultative sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets Maintenance of specific knowledge about industry, organization, product, and service to transfer this knowledge to customers and prospects Identification, evaluation and recruitment of potential channel partners including systems integrators, value added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers or retailers Support of partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets Development and maintenance of business relations Follow-up with business leads and identification of new sales opportunities Promotion of organization’s products and services Preparation and submission of tenders and proposals Management of ongoing business accounts whilst building new relationships Creating device and / or system offerings, including scheduling and tracking Handling of technical and commercial correspondence Preparation and implementation of customer presentationsAt least 3 years of relevant sales, account management, business development and / or market experience in the Test & Measurement or related industry
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Communication Engineering relevant field of studies At least 3 years of relevant sales, account management, business development and / or market experience in the Test & Measurement or related industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Strong customer focus Sales and results driven, self-motivated and committed Strong presentation and negotiation skills Resourceful, pro-active and independent Ability to work with people of different levels to address issues and to attain amicable solutions Good interpersonal, communication skills (oral and written) and relationship management skills Able to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally, overseas
