DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone Providing IT support to computer users within the office Initial troubleshooting of IT problems, and resolving them wherever possible Maintaining office network Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems including mail server Ensuring that data is routinely backed up Overseeing computer security and Antivirus precautions Providing technical assistance for questions and problems Diagnosing system errors and other issues Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in IT. Minimum of 2 years experiences. Having Technical Network Skill, include Wired, Wireless, VPN Solution Having knowledge of Security Technology Good knowledge of server maintenance Understanding in Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux etc), Cloud Management, Back up system, Hardware Management (server), VM Strong analytical skills and logical thinking Able to accept new challenges, willing to learn and having a good attitude. Fast learning and can work under pressure
