DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to lead the daily, end-to-end factory operation and ensure all projects are completed to the required standards of quality, timeline and budget Able to analyze bottleneck delivery barrier and proposes possible improvements, as well as identifying new business opportunities Monitoring working performance of all employees and able to provide guidance and support to increase the knowledge and productivity
REQUIREMENT

At least 15 year(s) working experiences in Production, especially Textile or Garment Industry Diploma or Bachelor Degree, maximal 45 years old Excellent technical knowledge on Textile or Garment Processing Good Problem Solving, Group Decision Making and Good Analytical Skill Highly Organized, Motivated Team Leader with a sincere, Professional and Caring Attitude toward others Willing to be placement in Cikokol, Tangerang and Salatiga, Central Java
