DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
•Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
•Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
•Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
•Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site.
•Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
•Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
•Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
•Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
•Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
•Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
•Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
•Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
REQUIREMENT
•Knowledge and hands on experience in various OS, Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server and Linux
•Knowledge in Database MYSQL and MS SQL
•Knowledge in Apache and Tomcat
•Knowledge on Webhosting and domain name
•Depth knowledge in LAN and Wireless LAN
•Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
•Previous working experience in IT support for 1 year
•Diploma or Degree in Computer related studies
•In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365
•Upon assessing Cyberlynx’s current IT environment additional requisite will be advised
