DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Hardware maintenance skill is required.
①Experience in electronic product assembly and testing is preferred;
②Experience in basic electronic circuit problem analysis is preferred;
③Experience in heat guns, electric soldering iron, and burning flash tools is preferred.
2. Training Specialist skill is required.
①Responsible for customer online and offline training.
②Responsible for organizing roadshow and seminar training.
③Cheerful personality, good expression skills, communication, and coordination skills are preferred.
④Good speech skill is preferred.
3. Technical support skill is required.
①Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support services for customers;
②Cooperate with sales representative to complete sales market target.
③Visit customers of outside cities, participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other activities;
④Responsible for providing customers with solutions and tracking and handling various product issues to solve problems as soon as possible.
⑤Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to work independently in English is preferred.
