DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in office administration duties to maintain good coordination work in daily operations;
Perform routine daily clerical duties including typing, electronic data processing, scanning, e-filing, mailings, banking;
Assist teammates in other departments as needed, to help accomplish executive team & company goals;
Handle book keeping, bank and investment reconciliation
Manage family office matters
Organizes family members' travel, homes, and other activities
Other office/ non-office duties & ad-hoc activities as assigned.

REQUIREMENT
3-5 years of working experience in family office management Familiar with HK labour ordinance and related employment legislations; Fluent in Chinese and English with reasonable typing skills; Ability to be proactive, anticipate requests and assume additional responsibilities as needed; Basic financial skills; Extremely well-organized, and detail oriented; Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines; Advance in MS Office applications and technology skills intuitiveness and ability to navigate a virtual workplace seamlessly; Proactive team player Immediate available is preferred.
