DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Keep contacting and making visits to domestic and export plywood customers and suggest solutions to maintain and increase customers satisfaction. Providing technical support, and related application solution for customers as well as organising and performing product sample trials at customers and potential customers sites. Supporting activities to explore and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential new customers and gathering market intelligence information. Supporting production and sales staff to improve product quality and services including initiation and resolution of customer complaints Any other duties as assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENT

At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry or Marketing At least 3 year(s) working experience in Technical Sales /Services in wood and/or Construction industry Be IT literate (Microsoft) and understand the ISO Quality Management System Excellent command of English and Indonesian language, both orally and in writing Mandarin is an added advantage (to be able to liaise with Indonesian language speaking / Mandarin speaking clients regarding their concerns and queries). Have the ability to communicate & negotiate and some leadership experience/skill. Must have license to drive a car Must be able to travel around provinces in Indonesia and abroad around 50% of the working time including some weekend travel.
