DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support customer’s inquiries on sample request and supporting documents and certification Work side by side with Marketing department in general duties Follow up with detail attention for each incoming inquiry from customer. Receive, input and process PO’s as specified. Ensure the price and terms are correct. Review sales agreement, payment terms and contract agreements. Support customer’s inquiries on sample request and supporting documents and certification
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 27 Years old. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Secretarial, Marketing, Administration, International trade, Logistic, Supply chain or equivalent experience is acceptable. Minimum 1 year of related working experience in International marketing/customer service. Experience in international customer service in commodity trading is a big plus Strong understanding about Food documents and certification is definitely a big advantage Strong Computer skill in Ms. Office especially Excel is a must Well-organized, accurate and very detailed individual Good communication in English ( Verbal and Writing )
