DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Be a Lalamove representative in checking Driver’s Verification Details (600 daily) for 2-3 weeks. Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are supported through chat (as determined by the Team Leader) Comprehend, capture and interpret each transaction. Verify drivers based on set Verified target numbers Responsible for approval and rejection of driver applicants according to set standards Enforce all Driver SOPs developed Ensure all the records created are accurate and maintained. Maintaining quality, effective communication at all times Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
REQUIREMENT

Excellent communication skills in English Good in rapport building Dedicated and passionate in helping applicants Can do basic insighting and analysis Can operate MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet Results and target driven Can easily adapt to a fast-paced work environment Can easily adjust to diverse cultures and age groups “Never give up” positive attitude
