DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and propose Annual Sales Target / Objectives for the East Region Execute Sales and Marketing strategy and initiatives, to achieve Commercial Targets/Goals in East Region (East Java, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia) Manage day to day sales activities, customer relations (distributor/wholesalers and fabricators), and product line to maximize sales volume and coverage, net tolling and contribution margin in East Region. Select, develop and manage effective network of distributors/wholesalers in the respective area within East Region Increase and commercialize business opportunities through identify new potential distributors/wholesalers/fabricators, and develop existing distributors/wholesalers/fabricators in the respective area within East Region Identify and develop new channels to deepen market penetration within East Region, e.g. projects Open new branch in Central Java and manage branch activities : delivery & logistic, warehouse, administration. Manage accounts to ensure on-time A/R collections and maintain customer satisfactions level towards products and service level. Based on historical data, customer and market information and trends, plan and update 6 months rolling forecast on monthly basis Prepare and update regular reports (sales, visit, market information, etc.) and ensure submission to concern parties, timely, completely and accurately.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably with Engineering or Marketing education background. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Regional Sales and has exposure in managing branch. Preferably has experience in sales in industrial products or building material industries or similar. Has strong exposure and understanding of East Indonesia region (East Java, Sulawesi, kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara) and good network with distributors. Communicative, good negotiation skill, customer oriented, good attention to detail, persistent to achieve target. Able to manage branch and lead small team (warehouse, delivery, admin) Comfortable working from home office with remote and minimal supervision Have good command of Mandarin is an advantage Required Skill(s): sales, B2B sales, negotiation skill, customer handling, branch manager Live in Semarang area. Willing to travel regularly to outer island.
