DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide general administrative and secretarial support
Provide secretarial support to the Executive Director, including the coordination of meetings
Provide general support and administration for the Academy, including the coordination and scheduling of trainings, and meetings, the preparation work required for orientation/induction and administrative duties for training awards.
Maintain the Academy’s calendars and centralised Academy mailbox.
Support learning and knowledge retention and drive AGC’s training and KM initiatives
Promote effective knowledge retention by utilising the various KM tools
Assist in the uploading of documents and administration of the Intranet and KM systems, including metadata entry and sending of regular weekly and adhoc email alerts.
Assist in the formatting and updating of documents including the weekly KM Bulletin and digests and standing KM publications.
Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in particular, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
