DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Compile associates’ records and maintain an accurate and up-to-date associate database in the Human Resource Management System. Perform data entry and compile HR reports of the continent office in the Asia Pacific region for management’s review. Issue personnel letters (e.g. visa application, employment proof, etc.) upon request for manager’s review and endorsement. Assist managers in delivering an effective and engaging onboarding and off-boarding experience for associates and student interns. Administer the logistics and communications of employee engagement initiatives. Support the coordination of associate activities to drive the satisfaction and engagement level at the workplace. Provide support for preparing employment contracts for continent office in the Asia Pacific region. Handle expatriate visa application and extension process. Keep proper employment and performance records in personal files in compliance with corporate policies and local statutory requirements. Develop and maintain an effective tracking or reporting system pertaining to employment contracts and probation expiry. Upkeep the job description database for the Asia Pacific region. Make recommendations and offer solutions that take care of associates’ wellbeing and enhance the associates’ experience at the workplace. Assist in addressing associates’ inquiries on company policies, benefits, and procedures. Cover office receptionist duties on a regular basis. Participate in ad hoc duties and projects assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Education and Experience Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management or equivalent Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience as an HR generalist. Skills and Competencies Highly organized, attention to detail, patient Self-motivated, positive, can-do attitude Ability to manage multiple assignments and multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
