Diploma‘s degree in Information Technology or related field Have experience (min) 1 year in IT Support Expert in troubleshoot hardware and software (PC, Notebook, printer, Office applications, etc) Have a good analyze in network problems Proficient in all desktop & tablet operating system (Windows, Android, IOS, etc) Have basic knowledge in SQL database and PHP or .net programming language Server management (active directory, file share, security, etc) Network management (TCP/IP, cabling, wireless) Have ability to communication in English (English Active)
