DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• PRO ACTIVELY to promote and sell CTS (Compressor Technique Service) products & service effectively (creating Value Added Selling) :
o Genuine parts,
o Keep Fit (Parts Plan, Fixed Price Service, Inspection Plan, Extended Warranty, Preventive Maintenance Plan, Total Responsibility Plan, Air Plan) target 40% from total revenue sales area.
o Advance Product : Airnet, Airscan, optimizing & monitoring (Smart Link, Energy recovery, Upgrade programs) target 10% from total revenue sales area.
• Be a Compressed Air Consultants (customer advisor related to the above product)
• “Feet On The Street”, spend more time with customer (Creating a stronger relationship with Customer).
• Prepare and follow up quotations to secure orders.
• To monitor the execution of delivery promises of spare parts & service and contract extension.
• Maintain the existing customer and build good relationship.
• Liaise with Technical & Service team to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation and solve the problem.
• Meet sales target and revenue growth by 15% each year.
• Plan and recording sales activity in C4C platform :
o Daily activity (appointment, phone call, visit planning, Sales activity, etc.)
o Follow up Sales Lead
o Up date Opportunity
o Create & follow up Quotation
o Win & Lost report
• Increase 1 to 1 ratio by 3% each year.
• Maintain 1 to 1 machine attrition level below 10% and should be retain the machines that we service in our 1 to 1 bucket.
• Responsive in serving customers (Fast Respond).
• Have initiatives to conduct small seminars at the customer’s premises.
REQUIREMENT
• Experience on machinery and/or service sales would be an advantage.
Knowledge
• Knowledge in Compressed Air System will be highly considered.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Educational requirements
• University degree in technical or commercial field or similar through experience.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree is preferred.
